MEET OUR FOUNDER
Julianne Sunseri, CSP is an accomplished Owner/Executive Recruiter with a very successful track record in the staffing and recruiting industry. Ms. Sunseri, is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico and has resided on the Gulf Coast of Florida since 1995. After spending over a decade excelling in temporary staffing, her transition to the direct hire/executive search has been a natural fit.
Julianne’s creative recruiting, networking, sourcing and technical skills have served her well throughout her career and she’s just getting started. Her proficiency in developing long standing client and candidate relationships along with her passion for continued learning sets her apart from the norm. Julianne believes all great partnerships involve a foundation built on mutual trust and integrity. Once established, the rest falls into place!
In 2014, Julianne founded Ad-Vance Recruiting LLC in Sarasota, FL., specializing in Professional and Executive Recruiting, and Hospitality and Event Staffing. Ad-Vance Recruiting ‘s revenues continue to grow and exceeded $ 2.2 million in 2017. Julianne lives, works, plays in Lakewood Ranch, FL. with her husband Brion and their two beautiful Vizsla’s, Kilo & Jax.
