Julianne Sunseri​, owner and executive recruiter for Ad-VANCE Recruiting, graduated from Valley High School (where is this) in 1991 and attended college at Eastern New Mexico University. She then moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where she worked in retail and property management.
Julianne made her move to Bradenton, Florida, in 1995 where she continued her education at State College of Florida and became a Dental Hygiene Coordinator/Dental Assistant for Drs. Eastman & Rubino for seven years.
She joined Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions in 2001 as Human Resources Coordinator, and has consistently been a top producer (of what?) as she rose through the ranks to her current position as Director of Client Services and Staffing Services, Julianne is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization and achieves this through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and developing new and creative recruiting ideas.
Julianne also oversees all of the company’s community involvement initiatives and is actively involved with Leadership Manatee, Sarasota Human Resource Association, and the Board of Directors for Keep Manatee Beautiful.

Kristin Turner



Kristin Turner​, recruiter for Ad-VANCE, was born and raised in southern Indiana, but has officially made Florida her new home.
In 2013, she graduated from the University of Indianapolis, where she played for the women’s basketball team. Go Hounds! Since graduating, she has found herself with a career in staffing and has made it her mission to find others their dream jobs. Bringing her leadership and hardworking attitude from the basketball court to the office, Kristin has been recruiting professionals which is why she joined our Ad-Vance Recruiting team. She has a passion for helping others, whether it be from volunteering with different organizations, to helping individuals develop strong resumes and interviewing skills.
