"Mr.  Cookingham and Mr. Sperduto have completed their service with the Neighborhood Development Services Department for the City of North Port.  I wanted to express our gratitude for these two employees. Mr. Cookingham with his technical knowledge of Planning and impact fees was able to conduct the impact fees analysis for the Braves Stadium Complex, and Mr. Sperduto for his project management, plan review and inspection services at the Braves Stadium Complex.  Their services were invaluable to this department and to the City."
